Delivery and collection
We can deliver equipment to your venue and collect it after the event, so you don't need to transport or pack anything yourself.
On-site setup and installation
Our technicians position, connect and test equipment before guests arrive, and pack down afterwards.
Technical operators
For presentations, awards nights and productions, an operator can run sound, vision and playback throughout the event.
Corporate event setup
Lecterns, microphones, screens and PA arranged for conferences, launches and AGMs, with cabling kept tidy and safe.
Audio and video configuration
Mixer setup, wireless frequency coordination, screen and projector alignment, and livestream signal flow.
After-hours arrangements
Evening and weekend bump-ins and bump-outs can be arranged to suit venue access times.
Delivery, Collection & Setup
We offer delivery and collection 7 days a week, with the same standard rates applying on weekdays and weekends.
A flat fee of $100 + GST applies to delivery and collection within 20 km of Adelaide CBD. For locations beyond 20 km, delivery and collection are charged at $6 per kilometre + GST, based on the one-way driving distance from Adelaide CBD, with a minimum charge of $100 + GST.
Our standard delivery fee also includes up to one hour of basic equipment setup. For larger or more complex installations requiring additional crew or extended setup time, additional labour charges may apply. Any additional costs will be discussed and quoted in advance.
Customer Collection & Return
Prefer to collect the equipment yourself? You're welcome to arrange collection from our warehouse and return the equipment after your event, avoiding delivery and collection charges altogether.
Warehouse collection and return are available by prior arrangement, subject to equipment suitability and availability.
Late-Night Collection
We understand that some events require equipment to be packed down and collected immediately after the event concludes.
Late-night bump-out services can be arranged, allowing our crew to pack down and remove the equipment at the conclusion of your event.
For collections scheduled after 8:00 pm, an additional $80 + GST late-night call-out fee applies.
All delivery and collection estimates assume straightforward site access and standard equipment handling. Additional charges may apply for difficult access, unusually labour-intensive installations or other special requirements. Any additional costs will be discussed and quoted in advance.
Delivery & collection estimate
Based on the one-way driving distance from Victoria Square / Tarntanyangga in the Adelaide CBD: $100 + GST within 20 km, then $6 per km + GST beyond 20 km (minimum $100 + GST). One charge covers both delivery and collection, 7 days a week.
